In London on 14 and 15 February 2008 Zoltán Lomnici, President of the Supreme Court and of the National Judiciary Council, participated in a session of the executive committee of the European Network of Councils for the Judiciary. They settled the agenda for the General Assembly of the Network scheduled for Budapest in May.

They decided that the main theme for the Assembly in Budapest would be the independent self governance of the judiciary. An additional theme will be the role of electronic systems in the service of justice.
