Documents for obtaining a visa for individuals must be submitted at the Consular Section at the time that has been specified by e-mail for you on weekdays, with the exception of Friday, from a quarter to nine a.m. till midday. Visa applications for group trips are accepted every working day from half past one p.m. to four p.m. On Fridays visa applications can be submitted from a quarter to nine a.m. till midday.
The visas and passports are handed over from Monday to Thursday from 4 to half past 4 p.m. and on Fridays from half past 2 to 2 p.m.
The Consular Section receives visitors concerning other issues on weekdays from a quarter to nine a.m. till midday.
