Dear Visitors,
As from 17 November 2008, the Consular Division of the Embassy of the Hungarian Republic in Ukraine will introduce a system of prior registration via Internet.
As from 17 November 2008, visa applications may be submitted solely on the basis of prior registration. Our visitors will be able to apply for an appointment via this Internet page: http://hungaria-kiev.embassytools.com.
The visa fee should be paid at the Sofiyivske branch office of the OTP Bank (01001, Kyiv, Szofijivszka st. 12.) on the day or the day after you submit the visa application form at the Consulate. The Consulate issues a ticket indicated your name on it which should be present at the time of the payment at OTP Bank. The Bank notify the Consulate through an on-line system that the visa fee has been paid, it's not necessary to come back again. The Consulate will not deliver the visa on time if you pay the visa fee late.

Subject to prior registration, individual visitors will be received from Monday till Thursday, from 09:00 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. Groups consisting of more than 5 persons and tourist firms will be received from Monday till Thursday, from 01:30 p.m. till 03:30 p.m. after registered via Call Center.
The services of the Call Center are at your disposal as well.
Firstly, the Call Center provides general information regarding visa applications and, secondly, carries out prior registration of groups consisting of more than 5 persons as well as groups from tourist firms.
