Welcome to the website of the Hungarian Representative Office to the Palestinian Authority. Our cooperation is based on promoting the formation of a viable and democratic Palestinian state in the framework of a just settlement to the Middle East conflict. Peoples of the region, including the Palestinians, deserve no less. This is a shared majority vision here and in the wider international community and that’s why we support wholeheartedly every political effort and practical development programme in this direction.
Hungary mainly provides scholarships in higher education, professional training and knowledge transfer programmes to lay the foundations for a modern Palestinian state. Based on the traditions of our relations and modern day cooperation Hungary and the Palestinian Authority are each others’ valued partners.
