The official opening ceremony of new Hungarian traveling exhibition, „Freedom and Democracy, the 20 years of the Hungarian political system changing” was held on European Day, 9 of May, 2009.

Ambassador Dr. Zoltan Somogyi has addressed a speech to the presents of Montenegrin media, cultural and political representatives and diplomatic corps in Montenegro to draw a parallel between the Hungarian and Montenegrin political system changing and emphasized Hungary joining to NATO in 1999 and to the European Union in 2004.
