The European Committee in the framework of the Civil Social Dialogue between the EU and Turkey, announced a new project with cultural and artistic feature. To the EU project "Istanbul, Cultural Capital of Europe in 2010" Turkish cultural and artistic civil organizations can submit project proposals together with their partners from the EU member states.

The total budget of the program amounts up to 1,578,900 EUR and the individual projects can win a support of 50,000-150,000 EUR per project.

The attachment contains detailed information on the conditions of the tender – including the criteria for the participants –, on the calls and on the submission deadlines of the project proposals with different subjects.
