2. A useful step for anyone wanting to do business in Hungary is to contact the Hungarian Investment and Trade Development Agency (ITDH).
This is a government-funded Agency, working under the supervision of the Hungarian Ministry of National Development and Economy. Its job is to liaise between Hungarian companies, government agencies and foreign partners. It focuses on helping the foreign entrepreneur do business in Hungary, by identifying business opportunities for foreign investors and providing information on the Hungarian business, legal, financial and taxation environment. ITD offers a business matchmaking service, practical help in finding suppliers or premises, electronic and printed materials in several languages for foreign investors.

4. In Ireland the Irish Hungarian Business Association (IHBA) promotes two-way investment, trade, and tourism between Hungary and Ireland. It offers a regular bulletin with news of interest to business; exclusive access for members to key Hungarian political administrative and business personnel visiting Ireland, with the possibility of also arranging private meetings; business and trade missions to and from Hungary and special seminars and briefings on important topics relevant to business. Annual membership is available from 95 Euro for an individual to 200 Euro for a corporate subscription.
