Dr. Gábor Bagdy, Vice Mayor of Budapest in charge of financial matters and his delegation paid an official visit in the Indonesian capital between 14 and 16 November 2012. During the visit the members of the delegation conducted discussions with their Indonesian partners about the sister city relations between Budapest and Jakarta, including future areas of cooperation. The two sides identified several promising such fields of cooperation, including town planning, public utilities, wastewater cleaning, development of communal transportation and traffic management. The visit will be reciprocated by an Indonesian delegation between 25 and 28 November 2012.
