The year 2012 has been declared Wallenberg year by the Government of Hungary to pay tribute to Raoul Wallenberg, a Swedish diplomat in Budapest who saved the lives of tens of thousands Hungarian Jews in 1944-45 and commemorate the centenary of his birth.

As part of this commemoration, we are pleased to invite you to the exhibition “Man amidst Inhumanity” about the life and work of Raoul Wallenberg.

The exhibition will be inaugurate on 22nd of October 2012 in Athens, at The Jewish Museum of Greece (address: 39 Nikis str., Athens 105 57) and will be open to visitors until 1^st of November.
