On the occasion of the Hungarian State Holiday of 20th August, Dr. János Áder, the President of Hungary awarded high state awards, which were given by Pál Zsigmond Barna, Consul General of the General Consulate of Hungary in Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc). The state award-winners are: Ernő Albert, the collector of the Hungarian folk poetry, the ex-headmaster of the Székely Mikó Secondary School; dr. Jolán Ballók family doctor at Görgényüvegcsűr (Glăjărie); Ferenc Nagy Unitarian pastor at Küküllősárd (Șoard) (he will receive the award later); Géza Nagy retired Calvinist pastor at Sáromberke (Dumbrăvioara); and István Takács retired ice-hockey player and engineer, the main curator of the Calvinist Congregation of Csíkszereda (Miercurea Ciuc).
