Applying for an „Extract from the criminal records” (certificate of good conduct)

• Please, enclose the copy of your valid passport or driver’s licence;
• Please, fill out and sign the enclosed application form .

The consular fee is 73 CAD to be paid in cash or Money Order made payable to the Hungarian Embassy.

To facilitate the sending of the certificate, please, enclose a self-addressed and pre-paid envelope.
